Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how to stop subscription renewal and how refund requests for ControlCode Pro are handled.

Effective and last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Canceling a subscription

You may cancel ControlCode Pro at any time through the billing management link in your account, the management link in your Paddle receipt, or Paddle's buyer support site. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. You keep access until then, and no further renewal payment will be taken.

2. Refund eligibility

Refunds are handled in accordance with mandatory consumer protection laws and Paddle's then-current Refund Policy. Except where required by law or approved by Paddle, subscription payments are not automatically refundable merely because the service was unused or a subscription was canceled partway through a billing period.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived, including applicable withdrawal rights and remedies where a digital service is materially defective or not as described.

3. Technical or product problems

If a persistent technical problem prevents you from using a purchased feature, contact aim.reader423@gmail.com with your account email, a description of the problem, and any relevant error details. We will first try to restore access or resolve the defect and will support an appropriate refund request when the issue cannot be resolved.

4. Requesting a refund

You can submit a request using one of these routes:

  • Use the receipt or subscription-management link sent by Paddle.
  • Visit paddle.net and choose the refund or buyer-support option.
  • Email aim.reader423@gmail.com for product support.

Paddle, as merchant of record, reviews and processes payment refunds. If a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary.

5. Access after a refund

When a subscription payment is fully refunded, access to the corresponding paid features may end. Partial refunds, disputes, reversals, and chargebacks may also result in proportionate or temporary restriction while the billing status is resolved.

6. Policy updates

We may update this policy to reflect legal requirements, Paddle's buyer policies, or product changes. The version applicable to a transaction will not reduce mandatory rights that applied when the transaction occurred.
