1. Operator and contact
ControlCode is operated by 张晨浩 (“ControlCode,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Questions about the service may be sent to aim.reader423@gmail.com.
2. The service
ControlCode is an interactive control-engineering learning service. It provides controller-design challenges, simulations, measured feedback, progress tracking, and engineering labs. Available features may evolve as the service improves.
3. Accounts and acceptable use
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials secure.
- You may use the service for lawful personal, educational, or professional learning purposes.
- You must not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, misuse automated requests, or infringe another person's rights.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.
4. Pricing, billing, and renewal
Current subscription options and included features are listed on the Pricing page. ControlCode Pro is offered as a recurring monthly or yearly subscription. Unless canceled, it renews at the selected interval. The checkout shows the final localized price and applicable taxes before payment.
Paddle acts as merchant of record for paid transactions and processes payment, tax, receipts, and eligible refunds. Paddle's buyer terms presented during checkout also apply to the transaction.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel a subscription at any time using the billing management link in your account or Paddle's buyer support tools. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Refund eligibility is described in our Refund and Cancellation Policy and is always subject to mandatory consumer rights.
6. Intellectual property
The service, original exercises, interface, branding, and related materials are owned by or licensed to ControlCode. Your subscription grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service; it does not transfer ownership of the service or its content.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, security work, third-party outages, or product updates may temporarily affect access. Material changes that adversely affect an active paid subscription will be communicated where reasonably possible.
8. Educational purpose and liability
ControlCode is a learning tool and does not replace professional engineering review, safety analysis, certification, or supervision. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, unlawful activity, material breach of these terms, or nonpayment. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination remain effective.
10. Applicable law and updates
These terms are governed by applicable law without limiting any mandatory consumer protection available to you. We may update these terms to reflect legal, security, or product changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
